How do I get to Biz Apartment Gärdet?

Our address is Sandhamnsgatan 67 in Gärdet, Stockholm. The easiest way to get here is by bus or subway.

What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in starts at 3 PM. If your room is ready before then, you’re welcome to pay for earlier check-in. Check-out is 12 PM, at the latest, on your day of departure.

Where can I leave my bags?

We have a luggage room where our guests are welcome to store their bags temporarily, such as after checking out. The luggage room is locked for your security. Simply ask our friendly reception staff to unlock it for you.

Is Internet/Wi-Fi available?

We offer free Internet connections in all our apartments, both wireless and via a network cable. You will find the password in our check-in information pack. We also provide free Wi-Fi in the lobby. Just ask at reception for the login details.

Do you have air conditioning?

Biz Apartment Gärdet does not provide air conditioning but instead a central system (comfort cooling) that regulates the temperature in the entire building. The guest can adjust the temperature a few degrees up or down but all other adjustments are done centrally.

Do you have a restaurant and bar?

Biz Apartment Gärdet offers guests a generous breakfast buffet on both weekdays and weekends. Read more here >. Although there’s no bar or restaurant in the hotel, there are many good bars and restaurants nearby. We recommend Funkalistic, a restaurant just across the street from us. What’s more, the beautiful Östermalm district, with Stockholm’s best bars and restaurants, is walking distance from the hotel. Can I buy SL public transport tickets from you?

No, we do not sell SL tickets at the hotel. YOu can easily get tickets directly in your phone or use your credit card.

Don’t hesitate to ask at reception, where we’ll gladly help you with tickets, timetables and local transport maps.

How can I get a Stockholm Pass?

You can buy a Stockholm Pass from us at reception. The Pass is a sightseeing ticket that guarantees free entry to over 60 attractions, museums and tours in Stockholm.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not allowed in any of our apartments, public areas or in front of the main entrance. 

Is it possible to stay with pets?

We have a limited amount of dog friendly apartments. Those can only be booked directly with our reservations department. No other pets are allowed.

Which payment cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club cards. We do not accept cash.
