Experience beautiful Djurgården

Djurgården is one of Stockholm’s most beautiful areas. Strolling along surrounded by oak forest, you’ll find plenty of things to do. 

Would you like to visit a museum? Djurgården is home to the Aquaria Water Museum, ABBA The Museum, the Vasa Museum, Junibacken Museum of Fairy Tales, the Nordic Museum, several art museums, the Maritime Museum and many more. 

Gröna Lund amusement park offers plenty of rides and excellent live music performances.

 City atmosphere

It takes just 15 minutes to walk to the grand 19th-century houses on the southern side of Valhallavägen. Or, if you prefer, you can take bus no. 72 from the bus stop round the corner from the hotel. Get off at Nybrogatan and walk through this area towards the city centre. You’ll enjoy great shopping, stylish restaurants and all the excitement of big-city life.

In this district you’ll find the Royal Dramatic Theatre, Östermalm’s market hall, Sturegallerian shopping mall and many affordable as well as high-class restaurants. Feel free to ask for suggestions at reception.
