Biz Apartment has been in the process of expanding during the last few years. Our first establishment opened in Gärdet, Östermalm in 2010 and since then two new properties have been built and are now operational in Solna and Hammarby Sjöstad. Today Biz Apartment has a grand total of 474 hotel-apartments, including all hotels. Guests can rent the apartments for a night or two, weekly or monthly if need be.

In our new addition to the Biz portfolio, Biz Apartment Bromma, the hotel will have 177 rooms and be right next to the hustle and bustle of Bromma Airport, out most city adjacent airport, just about 20 minutes from the city center. In Bromma Blocks there will be plenty of businesses as well as shopping opportunities once finished. We estimate the project to be finalized in the fall of 2021.
