How to get to the hotel from Arlanda airport?

You can take the train (Arlanda Express) or the airport buses from the airport to the central station.From Stockholm Central Station you need to take the green line towards “Hagsätra”, “Farsta Strand” or “Skarpnäck” and get off at Gullmarsplan.At Gullmarplan you take the cross track (number 30) and get off at the station “Sickla Kaj”. From Sickla Kaj it is walking distance to our hotel. Please enter “Korphoppsgatan 10" or “Heliosangen 20" to find here.

Are there laundry facilities?

Yes, laundry facilities are available for booking at all our hotels. Fee may apply.

Laundry detergent is available for purchase at reception.

Are your hotels staffed?

Yes, our hotels are staffed. At Gärdet, in Hammarby Sjöstad and Bromma, the reception is staffed 24 hours a day. In Solna, the reception is staffed 13:30 to 08:00.

As a private person, can I stay at Biz Apartment?

Yes, we welcome both private and corporate guests to our hotels!

Do you guys have chromecast in the room/connect their phone to the TV?

No, we haven't.

Do you have a gym in the hotel?

No, the nearest gym is Nordic Wellness, 3min from the hotel.

Do you have a restaurant/bar?

Yes, there is a restaurant next to the hotel.

Do you have handicapped accessible rooms?

Yes we do, you can book it directly on our website.

Do you need to bring anything/what facilities are included?

All our hotel apartments are fully equipped both in terms of towels, bed linen and kitchenware — so this is not something you need to bring.

Does it include breakfast?

It is possible to choose to book with breakfast at the time of booking. A breakfast buffet is served at Gärdet, and at other hotels, breakfast is served in a bag and delivered fresh daily.

Does it include cleaning?

Yes, cleaning is included in your stay and is carried out once a week.

For stays of less than 7 days, no cleaning will be carried out.

If you would like additional cleaning, please speak to our receptionists.

How do I pay for my stay with you?

We are a cashless hotel and a stay with us is either paid at reception by card or prepaid at the time of booking.

Is it allowed to bring pets?

We have a limited number of dog-friendly apartments that can only be booked directly with our booking department.

Is there a carpark or garage?

The hotel offers either a garage or fenced outdoor parking. This can only be booked upon arrival at the hotel.

What applies to non-refundable bookings?

Non-refundable bookings cannot be rebooked, modified or cancelled after they have been completed.

The reservation must be booked in the name of the guest to stay, this is checked upon arrival by showing identification.

Non-refundable bookings are paid directly at the time of booking. For this to be possible, the name on the debit card must match the name of the guest in the booking. Otherwise, card debit will not be possible and the reservation will be canceled.

What are your change and cancellation policies?

Cancellation policies vary based on the type of reservation. Please review the detailed description included in the booking confirmation you received. You can also find our general cancellation policy outlined below:

  • 1—7 nights in a row: Cancellation is free of charge before 18:00 on the day before arrival. In case of later cancellation or earlier departure, one night will be charged.
  • 8—29 nights in a row: Cancellation is free of charge no later than four days before arrival. In case of later cancellation or earlier departure, four nights will be charged.
  • 30+ nights in a row: Cancellation is free of charge no later than 8 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation or earlier departure, eight nights will be charged.

What are your house rules?
  • For safety reasons, only staff and registered guests are allowed to stay on the premises after 22:00.
  • All visitors must be able to show identification upon request from reception staff.
  • No visitors or non-registered guests may stay in the rooms after 22:00.
  • No loud music or disturbing activities after 10 p.m.
  • Please note that all our hotels are non-smoking. In case of suspected smoking in the room, a penalty of 5000 SEK will be charged.
  • You are fully responsible for any damage you may cause to the hotel rooms or public areas during your stay.
  • Uses of nitrous oxide (N2O) and other types of gases is not permitted in our public areas or in our hotel rooms. We will charge the guest an additional fee of 500SEK per cartridge for those who leave this type of gas cartridge.

In case of violation of the house policy, Biz Apartment reserves the right to refuse services to anyone and they may be allowed to leave the premises.

What is the easiest way to get to the city?

Take the cross track 30 towards Solna station and get off at the station “Gullmarplan” then change to the Metro (green line) towards “Hagsätra”, “Farsta Strand” or “Skarpnäck” and get off at the T-centralen station.

What is the shortest or longest length of stay I can stay with you?

With us you can book stays from one night to three months.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is before 12:00.

If possible, you are of course welcome to check in before 15:00 or check out after 12:00. Note, however, that this comes with a fee of 150 SEK/ hour. Late check-out is available until a maximum of 15:00. Please contact the front desk for questions if the opportunity is available.
