our history
Biz Apartment began with a clear vision: to redefine the apartment hotel experience. Through our commitment to service and comfort, we have become one of Sweden's most recognized names in the industry.
Our journey started in 2010 at Gärdet in Stockholm, where we transformed an office building into our first apartment hotel. Biz Apartment Gärdet now boasts 175 apartments, three conference rooms, and a breakfast room. It was a success from day one and remains a popular choice in a prime location, offering amenities around the hotel, like a SATS gym, a grocery store, and office spaces.
In 2016, we expanded with Biz Apartment Solna, featuring 131 hotel apartments. Despite initial challenges, it quickly gained appreciation, offering our guests access to a growing array of leisure activities, and just a stones throw from Mall of Scandinavia.
In 2017, we opened Biz Apartment Hammarby Sjöstad with 168 hotel apartments, three conference rooms, and a restaurant. Like Gärdet, Hammarby Sjöstad is strategically located near Södermalm, Tele2 Arena, and Globen.
Our latest addition, Biz Apartment Bromma, opened in autumn 2021 at the entrance to Bromma Airport. Part of the Hangar 5 shopping district, this hotel features 177 apartments and offers amenities such as an ICA Maxi, SATS gym, restaurants, coworking spaces with conference facilities, and a dedicated silent tram station.
Through these investments, we continue to create added value for our guests and strengthen our market position.

Gärdet
Visit our popular and central apartment hotel at Gärdet, the flagship property. With large green spaces and historic Djurgården just around the corner, it is easy and convenient for you to visit Stockholm's most appreciated tourist destinations.
Hammarby sjöstad
A combination of city and waterside, in modern Hammarby Sjöstad. Our comfortable hotel apartments are within walking distance of vibrant Södermalm and a stone's throw from Tele2 Arena and Globen. Here you can start every day with a walk or run along the docklands.
Bromma
Our newly built apartment hotel in Bromma is conveniently located next to Bromma Airport, in the heart of the popular Hangar 5 neighbourhood. The silent tram is situated right next to the lobby of the hotel and takes you to Odenplan/ City in only 20 minutes.
Solna
Biz Apartment in Solna offers comfortable hotel apartments adapted for longer stays. The hotel is located in close proximity to Karolinska Institutet, Arenastaden, Mall of Scandinavia and Solna Strand. If you work and operate in Solna, we are a given starting point!
